Nancy Creek Capital Invests in Vsion Condominiums

ATLANTA (December 8, 2006) – Nancy Creek Capital, an Atlanta-based mezzanine and equity investment fund, led an investment group in committing $4,350,000 of subordinated debt and equity to support the development of Vsion Condominiums in Columbia, S.C. The investment group included Weeks Properties Group and Euram Investment Group.

Vsion Condominiums will be a 10-story, 116-unit development in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. The project is located in the central business district and within blocks of the state capitol, the University of South Carolina and the Vista entertainment and shopping district. Vsion will provide a high-end living experience at value prices. Highlights of the project include floor-to-ceiling glass, nine-foot-plus ceiling heights, a swimming pool, secured lobby and parking, granite countertops and much more.

Vsion will be the sixth residential project developed in downtown Columbia by Capitol Places, LLC, a Columbia-based developer.
